Visit of JCB Russia company representatives

On January, 17th, 2012 the following representatives of JCB Russia company visited LLC “Predpriyatie “Stroykomplekt”:  Neal Kinsey – JCB service director in Russia and CIS and Sergey Morozov – Consultant of JCB technical support in Ural federal region.

During the meeting the following questions were discussed:

- current state of affairs of JCB service department in the company “Stroykomplekt”. JCB Russia representatives admitted that all basic characteristics (professionalism of employees, equipment and efficiency of response) are on a very high level;

- development of regional network of service support in view of expansion of a dealer territory of LLC “Predpriyatie “Stroykomplekt”. Creation of a common Call-center of technical support for clients on the whole territory of Ural Federal region and Siberia is planned;

- dealer standards of service and repair zone facilities while building of a JCB Techno-Trade Center in Yekaterinburg, which is planned to be put in commission in 2012;

- improvement of JCB equipment for operation in conditions of extremely low temperature. For this purpose it is planned to complete the machines from the factory with a special “winter package”.

Service department of LLC “Predpriyatie “Stroykomplekt” operates 24/7 365 days a year. For convenience for clients service can be implemented at Stroykomplekt premises as well as at the place of equipment exploitation. A warehouse of spare parts on the total amount of 30 000 000 rub. makes it possible to carry out technical service and repair work in the shortest time.
