Today a planned meeting with Alexandra Sokolova, a manager for development of business unit “Spare parts” (“JCB Russia”), took place.

• actions for reduction of “grey” JCB spare parts at the market, information for customers about danger of usage of “grey” spare parts
• intermediate total for sales of JCB spare parts and attachments in 2011
• target sales plans 2012 for spare parts and attachments
