Internal JCB backhoe-loader training.
Specialists of JCB service support department once again increased their level of qualification and quality of customer servicing. Internal training has being held from 26 to 28th of March for specialists of central office and branches of Predpriyatie Stroykomplekt Ltd.
The topic of the training was “JCB Backhoeloaders 3CX and 4CX” and it was carried out by Sergey Morozov and Andrey Kuznetcov – JCB Russia product support managers.
Specialists of Predpriyatie Stroykomplekt Ltd. have got theoretical knowledge and practical experience on the following issues:
- Technical arrangements,
- special features of exploitation,
- repair and maintenance, diagnostics of failures
of JCB backhoeloaders on the base of 3CX model.
Such trainings and active discussions make possible permanent increase of quality of customers servicing and manufacturing of reliable and multi-functional machines.
